1. Service Subscriptions

Our services may include subscription-based plans for profile creation, matchmaking, and consultations. The fees and terms of each plan will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription within 7 days of registration, provided no significant services have been availed. To cancel, contact us at info@telugurekhamb.com or call +91-40-1234-5678. Cancellations after 7 days or after using key services may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible Refunds: Full refund if canceled within 7 days and no services are used.
• Partial Refunds: If minimal services like profile creation are availed.
• Non-Refundable: No refund if matchmaking, consultations, or meetings are done.

Requests must be emailed to info@telugurekhamb.com. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15–20 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

Administrative charges, ID verification fees, or third-party fees are non-refundable as they cover necessary operational costs.
